Your monthly stay does not include ongoing restocking of consumables beyond the starter supply, daily or weekly housekeeping (unless added), personal laundry services, furniture moving or rearranging, or cable TV upgrades unless specified in the listing.

Is housekeeping included every month?

Accepted Answer

A required monthly housekeeping visit is scheduled every 30 days and includes a standard professional cleaning and replacement of linens and towels. It is billed to the guest per visit (varies by property size). Guests must allow access during the scheduled time.

A security deposit equal to one full month's rent is required and fully refundable minus any damages or unpaid balances. A $50 non-refundable background check fee applies to all 60+ night stays. First month's rent and all deposits are due at booking. Monthly rent is billed every 30 days on the same date as check-in.
